I understand it's not entirely common to have someone with a green monkey character reach out to you about the history of something obscure. So I went ahead and put together this page to answer the question of who- or what- is Cas, exactly?

Cas is a representation I use for myself online!

Cas is a capuchin monkey character I made years ago when I was obsessed with the DC Comics cartoon Young Justice, and in particular the character of Beast Boy. Growing up as a gay kid whose best source of meeting likeminded people was the internet, I was able to use this character to best represent myself among likeminded people. I use him to this day and quite like him! :)
